My wife and I would like to thank you for replacing our Catalina 2500 awning which was destroyed on a trip several months age.  WE had used your awning regularly during more than 4000 miles of travel since we bought our Scamp trailer in October of 2004 and we have been very pleased with the product.  It was a shock to us to look back and see the torn awning and broken aluminum parts flapping in the wind after traveling over 300 miles that day.  Thank you for negotiating and installing our replacement awning.
